Fine powder raw material is conveyed through a precision dosing system to a forced screw feeder for pre-compaction, and then fed between two counter-rotating rollers with a diameter of 450mm. Under high-pressure extrusion, air within the material is instantly expelled and the structure is reconstituted, forming high-density flakes.

These flakes subsequently undergo a series of processing steps including pre-crushing, granulation breaking, and graded sieving, ultimately producing high-strength finished pellets with a particle size range of 2–5mm (customizable according to customer requirements).
