Principle

The raw material is continuously and uniformly fed from the hopper into the gap between a pair of precisely counter-rotating rollers. Under the synergistic action of compressive force and moisture bonding, the material undergoes either physical compaction or triggers controlled chemical reactions depending on the formulation, resulting in the formation of dense flakes. These flakes then proceed to the controlled crushing and granulation stage, followed by drying, cooling, and processing through an efficient screening system, ultimately yielding finished granules with high hardness, high strength, and uniform particle size.
